SHIPPING

General Information

    • You may receive items ordered together at different times. This is because each item we ship may have different delivery times and manufacturing locations.
    • Custom items may take longer to ship and may be shipped separately due to the amount of time required for graphic design and manufacturing.

Shipping Inside The USA
For orders placed within the USA (all 50 States, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories):

    • Tracking information may not always be provided for small orders that are shipped via USPS First Class.
    • Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to arrive in the mail, though shipping usually takes less time.

INTERNATIONAL

For orders placed from all other eligible countries:

    • Please allow up to 30 business days for your order to arrive in the mail, though shipping usually takes less time.

Customs: International shipments may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees, and these fees are not included in the FlyShop.aero final sales price. In some cases, customs in certain countries have caused additional delays.

RETURNS

We at FlyShop.aero strive to provide excellent customer service. Please contact us if you wish to return any item(s):

    • All returns must be made within 30 days. After 30 days,  items cannot be returned.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please also include the original packaging.
    • Stickers are not eligible for return; all sales are final. We apologize for this inconvenience.
    • All other items are eligible for return. Refunds or partial refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis.
    • If your item(s) arrive(s) damaged, please contact us and in certain cases we may be able to correct the situation.
    • Gift cards, downloadable products, sale items, and ordered-wrong-size purchases are not eligible for return.

If Your Item Came With Return Instructions
If your item did not come with return instructions, please contact us and we will accommodate your return/refund based on the item's condition and circumstances of the return.

Item Did NOT Come With Return Instructions
If your item came with return instructions, it means the product was shipped by one of FlyShop's Partner(s). In this case, please follow the provided instructions to return your item. The actual refund/exchange will be decided between FlyShop and its Partner(s), and will be communicated to you in a timely manner. Please allow up to 2 weeks from date of return mailing to hear back from us.

    The Return Process
    Please provide photos of the problem item(s) during your communication with us to help us avoid fraudulent activity. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card merchant.

    Late or Missing Refunds
    If your return has been accepted and a refund issued, but you have not received your funds yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take 7-10 business days before your refund is officially posted.

    Shipping Returned Items
    If your item came with prepaid return shipping, please use that and mail to the address provided.
    If your item did not come with prepaid return shipping and/or return instructions, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

    If you are shipping an item valued over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For more information on shipping insurance, please visit the USPS website.
